HOW LONG IS DATA KEPT
We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. The information we use for marketing purposes will be kept on file until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
If you have made an order we will shred all paper copies of your details and delete electronic copies once they have been entered into our accounts system. We will aim to have this processed within 60 days. In the instance that no purchases have been made we will aim to erase all your data within 60 days after registration.
